On behalf of the OUSD Board of Education, the Administration, our students and our staff, we want to thank the community for their support.
The voters approved the Operational Referendum and the Bond Referendum.  We sincerely look at this as an investment from the community in continuing to move forward in our belief that we are here as educators in order to offer and support opportunities for all students.

We are excited for the opportunity to shape the future of the community’s schools, and take this responsibility very seriously.  Our next steps are to start infrastructure upgrades in elementary school, middle school, and high school along with planning the additional work as part of the referendum solution. We are committed to keeping taxpayers informed throughout this process, and look forward to what these new spaces will provide our students, staff, and community.
** Please note the unofficial referendum results have been reported so far. Official Results would be up soon. Stay tuned for further updates.
Check out this powerpoint presentation to get an overview about the next steps in the planning.
    What's included in OUSD's referendum?
As we plan for the future, we have worked closely with facilities experts, community members, and staff members to create a smart, data-based, long-term facilities master plan that:
    - Addresses significant school facility needs and infrastructure upgrades
    - Ensures excellent learning environments and experience conducive to future ready learning
On April 6, OUSD residents will vote on a referendum that would fund this plan.
